I’m thinking about making a GIMP plugin that would implement something similar as Puppet Warp tool in Photoshop into GIMP. At present I’m doing similar thing as a school project. Here’s a small example of current state of the school project:

I was searching the web to find out whether similar plugin exists but I haven’t found anything yet. What do you think?
